Patient Information

FMH staff contribute to the health and well-being of our patients by providing quality healthcare as prescribed by those who are treating you. We want you and your family to know your rights, as well as your responsibilities, as a patient receiving services at any FMH facility. We encourage you to talk openly with those caring for you.
This section of the FMH website will address many of your specific questions regarding the availability of services to you and your loved ones while you are a patient at FMH.  Many of these services are available to you even if you are not an inpatient, but are receiving care as an emergency room patient, a same-day surgery patient, or having an outpatient procedure performed.  We encourage you to take advantage of the many services provided to you through the Frederick Memorial Healthcare System; and if you have a special need while you are in our care, please be sure to speak to those caring for you.  They will do everything they can to address your special needs.

If you should have concerns about the care you receive at Frederick Memorial Hospital or any of its satellite facilities, you are encouraged to speak directly with your caregiver, the manager and/or director of the service line, or a Service Excellence Representative by calling 240-566-3564.
