Physicians
We're particularly proud of the high caliber of physicians who have chosen our community and our healthcare system. The more than 450 doctors on our medical staff represent 42 specialties, and nearly 95% are board certified.

Nurses
FMH employs some of the most highly credentialed nurses in the state. Many of our nurses are credentialed at the Master's Degree level, and have gone on to become licensed Nurse Practitioners and specialists in areas such as perinatal care, neonatal intensive care, oncology and psychiatry. At FMH we have made the recruitment of top-notch nursing professionals a priority system-wide. If you are treated in the hospital or at any of our healthsystem clinics or diagnostic centers, you can rest assured that you are being treated by highly skilled nursing professionals.
Volunteers
FMH has one of the most active Auxiliary programs in the state. More than 800 adult and junior volunteers provide thousands of hours of service each and every year. Their contribution of time and talent is valued at more than $1.5 million! Their fundraising activities have contributed tens of millions of dollars over the years and have helped the Healthcare System provide state-of-the-art treatments, technologies and facilities.
