Our web site is meant to be a tool to provide you more information about our services, provide details about local services and providers, and help you take charge of your personal health. Information collected to process specific transactions is only used for the specific service that you have chosen.  FMH may collect personal information to process your order from our gift shop, assist in your registration, schedule an appointment, process your job application, subscribe you to our newsletter, or respond to any other requests. Your information is used only for the specified purpose. We do not store payment information.  FMH uses a third party to process your secure credit card transactions for gift shop orders or online donations.

FMH does not sell, trade, or share your information to organizations outside of FMH and its affiliates unless required to do so by legal, judicial, or governmental proceedings.

Our web site contains different areas where you may be asked for your e-mail address. Examples include inquiries made to specific departments or subscription to our e-newsletter. Your e-mail address will only be used to respond to your specific inquiry and will not share your e-mail with providers of products or services.
